Second Week Of Ramadhan

On second week of Ramadhan my muscle is weak , I think I ate to much carbohydrate and sugar.Last night I have a hi-calcium milk to recover my weaknes,Insyaallah my pain will recover.
During fasting month I going home early so I have chance to take my son to Bazar Ramadhan.His favourite food is ayam goreng and nasi ayam.
There was 3 Bazar Ramadhan near by my place Tmn Mahsuri,Tanah Merah and Kepala Batas.The food sold are nasi ayam,nasi tomato,kuih,murtabak,bihun sup,mee goreng,ikan bakar,ayam golek and many more.Usually I prefer to buy at Tmn Mahsuri easy to parking and the bazar is small and not very crowded with people.
Last Friday was my son 4th birthday we did not do any thing during his birthday.We just wish him happy birthday and be a good boy.My son ask me to buy him Transformer action figure and I said to him if you be a good boy and listen to your parent may be you will get one.

MERDEKA.....RAMADAN ALMUBARRAK

Salam Ramadhan and Happy Merdeka Day.I know its was a few day late to greeting.
The Merdeka Day this year I feel is not celebrate as colourful like past year.Past year they have declare Merdeka month starting 15 August this year no one care its Merdeka month(especially the ministers) they only care about who gonna be MP of Permatang Pauh.The result BN lost PKR win (waste of time every big gun of BN come over there).
There is no challenging of who is the bigger,the smaller,the longest,the most decorated Jalur Gemilang all over country.This happen cause of what will you do if you have money,foods or flags for me its worth of money if I buy food,paid for fuel and expand for family.The country economic is not stable the rakyat will think twice what is more important to them.
Ramadan is come again this year,alhamdulillah every thing is allright until today.This year I feel sad I can't go to mosque for tarawih cause my sudden muscle weakness attack me I have to rest at home.I pray to Allah to give me strength for me to perform tarawih at mosque.
During Ramadan the Doctor advise me to take less carbohydrate and sugar when break fast and sahur.Me and my wife will buy some kuih and bihun goreng or chicken rice at Bazar Ramadan for break fast. Sahur we only have bread and coffee or MILO its enough for both of us to get energy for fasting during the day.
